Unbelievable footage shows a completely frozen waterfall

A Twitter user posted a video on Jan. 13 showing the Minnehaha Falls in Minneapolis, Minnesota, starting to freeze. One week later, the same Twitter user updated his followers that the waterfall did, in fact freeze solid.
