Judge Mutava to fight removal 'to the end of the road'

Suspended judge Joseph Mutava’s lawyer Philip Nyachoti says his client will appeal the tribunal recommendation that he be removed from office.
Nyachoti says the grounds for the appeal will be that the tribunal lacked the jurisdiction to investigate his client following the withdrawal of the complaints made against him.
