Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and add onions, capsicum, green chilies and tomatoes. Mix them well.
- Add salt, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander leaves. Give it a mix.
- Add scrambled paneer into the masala and mix it well.
- Keep this mixture aside.
For The Gravy
- Heat butter in the pan, fry cashews and later add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix well.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, salt and cook well.
- Add water for gravy consistency and add green peas and coriander leaves.
