Barclay: PM has made very clear Article 50 won't be extended
Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay MP says Prime Minister Theresa May has made "very clear" Brexit will go ahead on March 29, adding there were "practical issues" surrounding a potential extension of Article 50.
