00:00This is about what's right. This is about standing up for good public services. This
00:10is about investment in our health service. It's about investment in our education system.
00:14It's about what's right for the public that we represent. I mean, we as an executive are
00:18determined to transform our public services. But for 14 years, they've been decimated by
00:22the Tories. For 14 years, they've been really brought to their knees. And that needs to
00:26be reformed. That needs to be changed. So Labour need to change policy, change tact,
00:30and not actually, as the Deputy First Minister said, not build on the backs of the ordinary
00:34workers. Let's actually invest in public services, invest in public sector workers. So we're
00:38not here, absolutely not here with a begging bowl. We're here for what is right and what
00:41is fair, and a fair funding model. We have been underfunded for many, many years now.
00:46It's now time to turn that picture around.
