Ingredients

For Cake

1 cup Flour
2 tbsp Milk Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Soda
1 cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tbsp Butter
200 ml Condensed Milk
3/4th cup Coconut Milk

For Sweet Sauce

1 cup Coconut Milk
¼ tsp Coconut Essence
5 tbsp Condensed Milk

Method:

- In a bowl, sieve flour, milk powder, baking powder, and soda.
- Mix desiccated coconut in the dry ingredient mixture.
- In another bowl, add butter, condensed milk, and coconut milk.
- Whisk all the dry and wet ingredients well.
- Butter the cake mold and dust it with flour.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Unmold the cake and allow it to coll for an hour.
- Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the cake.
- Pour the sweet sauce while serving.

Sweet Sauce

- Add coconut essence in coconut milk along with condensed milk.
- Mix it well and the sweet sauce is ready.
- Refrigerate it till you serve.
