The most amazing Gingerbread House is easier to make than you think. In our family, Gingerbread Houses are all about creating something fun to look at and eating some candy along the way. If you like to eat the finished product, just swap out royal icing for hot glue on your decor!Subscribe to WUM for fun, helpful videos at 9 AM ET! http://bit.ly/sub2moms ROYAL ICING: In large bowl of stand mixer combine 3 egg whites and and beat until frothy. Add 3 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar gradually, mixing on low speed until sugar is fully incorporated and icing is shiny. Turn mixer up to high and beat until mixture forms stiff, glossy peaks, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to pastry ziploc bag, cutting off tip when ready to pipe.
