How to Plant a Strawberry Pot

Strawberry pots can be tricky to plant. First, measure the height of your pot. Cut a piece of PVC pipe about 2 inches shorter and drill some small holes. Add rocks, then fill the pot with soil up to the first plant pocket. Center your pipe, and anchor it. Then plant the lower pockets, like this. Add soil to the next level and don’t get any inside the pipe. Keep going, then add plants to the top of your pot. Pour water directly into the pipe and around it to keep your soil moist. Doesn’t that look great?
