Biden Sparks 2020 Speculation, Says He's The 'Most Qualified Person In The Country To Be President'

Joe Biden continues to spark 2020 speculation.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said on Monday he's the "most qualified person in the country to be president," reports CNN.
"I'll be as straight with you as I can. I think I'm the most qualified person in the country to be president," Biden said during an event at the University of Montana in Missoula. "The issues that we face as a country today are the issues that have been in my wheelhouse, that I've worked on my whole life."
According to the Missoulian, Biden stated he "he would announce within six weeks to two months whether he was running" in 2020.
"I am a gab machine,'' he also said. "But my God what a wonderful thing compared to a guy who can't tell the truth."
Biden has been among President Trump's most vocal critics. During an October campaign event in Wisconsin, he said: "I am sick and tired of this administration. I'm sick and tired of what's going on. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, and I hope you are, too." Biden also commented: "Three times this past week, the forces of hate have terrorized our fellow Americans for their political beliefs, the color of their skin, or their religion. Folks, this is not who we are. We need to recognize that words matter. Words matter."
Meanwhile, Trump has described Biden as his "dream" opponent for 2020. During an interview with CBS News, Trump was asked to weigh in on which Democrats he think will run.  "Well, I dream, I dream about Biden. That's a dream," Trump said. "Look, Joe Biden ran three times. He never got more than 1 percent and President Obama took him out of the garbage heap, and everybody was shocked that he did. I'd love to have it be Biden."
