• Stay away from people who has colds, viruses, and flus
• Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze
• Do not get a flu shot
• Consume healthy diets
• If you have a cold, viruses or flu, stay home
• Keep the places clean
• Avoid being in cold weathers as much as possible
• Put hand sanitizer on your hands
• Get plenty of rest
• Avoid stress as much as possible.
