Bank of Korea keeps key interest rate at 1.5% for Oct.

The Bank of Korea has kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged at one-point-five percent for October at the central bank's penultimate meeting of the year.
The BOK has opted to stand pat yet again...after raising its key rate by a quarter-of-a-percentage point last November.
