The locals of Coopers Crossing refuse to be treated by Dr Randall after she amputated a farmer’s leg, then performed an emergency tracheotomy on a young girl mid-flight. When local land baron George Baxter threatens to take Dr Randall to court, Dr Callaghan is forced to take action. A new pilot joins the RFDS when David Gibson arrives at the Crossing.
