Man asks: How did a squirrel get trapped inside my bird feeder?

A man woke up to find a red squirrel trapped inside a bird feeder outside his home in Chautauqua County, New York, on August 9.
“I immediately released the squirrel after the filming of this video,” the filmer said. “No squirrels or fingers were lost in the live release.”
“After only 15 minutes of refilling and rehanging the bird feeder, I watched him return and finish his breakfast,” the filmer added.
“It took some investigation on my part, but I did finally figure out how he got in there, can you?” the filmer asked.
