Starting ENIGMA from the Desktop on Windows

Here I created a shell script file and have 'mingw64.exe' execute it to start ENIGMA.

Note that the first line "cd ~/enigma-dev" which directs you to the enigma-dev directory,

On the second line you state [your JAVA path] java.exe -jar lateralgm.jar
