Jack has to pay a major debt, so he brings a suitcase full of money to Oggy's house and asks him to look after it. Oggy becomes very paranoid knowing that all that money is in his house, especially when the cockroaches take matters into their hands.
Le Bowser Bagger:
The Inspector is given Private Bowser, a very energetic dog, in his efforts to track down a thief.

The Pink Panther finds a witch's magic wand and uses it to help a girl in rags become glamorous to win a date with Pelvis Parsley.
