Zahid: Respect Najib, don't hurt his feelings

Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has reiterated that former premier Najib Abdul Razak should still be respected even though he is no longer in power.

Zahid's comment comes after party secretary-general Annuar Musa said Umno can no longer waste time defending its former president Najib Abdul Razak.

Recently, former minister Johari Abdul Ghani also said Najib should not have been allowed to campaign in the run-up to last week's Sungai Kandis by-election.
