Suruchi Consultants launches Second level dairy entrepreneurship Development program for setting a Fresh milk and milk products processing plant. The training program will be comprehensive and touch upon all relevant areas to be learnt by the prospective dairy processors. Two full days will be spent in a running dairy plant for processing milk, separation, homogenization, curd, cheese, panir , butter and ghee making. One day each will be spent on understanding dairy plant management, Processing, Branding & Marketing and Financial projections with cost worksheets.
