Tech Stocks Boost Nasdaq To End Day Trading up

According to Reuters, the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones are trading down, but tech stocks are propping up the Nasdaq.
Industrial stocks led loses for the Dow and S&P, with Caterpillar and 3M trading lower on the day.
The S&P 500 industrials index fell over 1-percent as a result, with the overall index down over 2-points on the day.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell about 75-points as well.
But the Nasdaq Composite was trading up on Wall Street, propped up by gains made in the tech sector.
