China tempts UK with trade pact as U.S. shuns both

China and the United Kingdom want to increase trade with each other as the latter prepares to leave the European Union. But as the Trump administration increasingly closes U.S. markets, Beijing is upping the ante with the possibility of a free trade deal for London. Matthew Larotonda reports.
