An England football fan who was sitting on the hood of a moving vehicle as it passed through a red light in Folkestone on July 7 fell off and was run over by the same car, as this video shows. The footage shows fans celebrating England’s World Cup quarter-final win on Harbour Street in Folkestone as a car with two people on the hood drives down the road. The car then breaks a red light at a pedestrian crossing, nearly hitting three pedestrians, including a child, who were crossing the road. One of the two men on the hood then falls off. The car appears to drive over his legs before continuing around a bend. At no point in the video do the car’s brake lights come on. The man who get run over appears to get back on his feet immediately. The video was shot by Gross Gore, also known as Ali Larson, who is heard saying the man had his leg run over but was “walking it off.” In apparent disbelief, Gore is heard repeatedly asking his friends, “What did I just witness?” Credit: Gross Gore via Storyful
