This week I went shopping at Neshaminy mall and found a delicious fettucine alfredo at Cafe Riveira.

It would be easy to mistake this place for just some other pizza place, but walk in past the front counter and you'll find an impressive cafeteria style Italian restaurant where you can see your food being made.

And the guys that make it, well... I'll let their website do the talking:

"Opened in 1980, Cafe Riviera serves consistently extraordinary meals and has an inviting atmosphere to make you feel right at home.

Ernesto Leone
Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Ernesto Leone has been surrounded by delicious pizza and exquisite cuisine his entire life.

Although his own mother's cooking influenced his passion for food, the city of Naples is a distinctive inspiration behind Ernesto's management of restaurants and his performance in the kitchen. Naples is renowned, not only for its incredible food and coffee, but also as the birth place of pizza.

Bringing Italy to America
Equipped with his experience, exquisite taste, and lessons from some of Italy's finest teachers, Ernie mastered the creation of great food and decided to share those gifts with America. In 1967, Ernesto boarded a ship to the United States.

Soon after arriving in the Philadelphia area, Ernesto partnered with Angelo Lancellotti to open and operate numerous successful pizzerias in the Delaware Valley. Most notably, their restaurant Angelo's Pizza gained incredible popularity after its opening in 1968, prompting them to open several more locations in Bristol and Feasterville throughout the 70s.

Another claim to fame was La Padela, an upscale restaurant in Philadelphia which remained a five-star hotspot from its opening in 1989 until its sale in 2001."

My fettucine and chicken w/ alfredo sauce came with a choice of breadsticks (the spicy ones were incredible and the plain ones were just as awesome)

They also had a Brooklyn style pizza which, given the good impression the fettucine gave, I'll probably want to check out later.

But enough about my opinion...
