Jodie Foster is in talks to join the cast of **Y: The Last Man**.
Comicbook.com reports that the actress may join the FX TV series as Y's mother, Jennifer Brown.
**Y: The Last Man** is based on the Vertigo Comics series by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra.
A pilot of the series was officially ordered in April 2018 by FX.
"[We feel] pretty optimistic, not quite at a final decision point. But we got a script I really like, a draft we really like recently.
