India questions UN report; calls it 'fallacious, tendentious & motivated

In a significant development, India has rejected a UN report on rights status in Kashmir. The UN today released the first of its kind report on alleged human rights violations in both "Indian-administered and Pakistan-administered Kashmir" and sought an international inquiry into these abuses. India in strong words has hit back and termed the report fallacious.
