World’s highest single-arch railway bridge nearly ready in Indian-administered Kashmir

The world’s highest single-arch railway bridge is nearly ready to go into service after construction workers put the last span of the flyover’s deck in place on August 13, 2022. Located in Indian-administered Kashmir, the arch of the Chenab Rail Bridge is 29 metres (95ft) taller than the Eiffel Tower.
