Lingayat separate religion activist MB Patil did not make it to the cabinet. Congress may wanted to keep distance from Lingayat separate religion fight so they keep MB Patil out of the cabinet.
ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವು ಖ್ಯಾತನಾಮರ ಹೆಸರು ಸಚಿವರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಕೂಡ ಒಬ್ಬರು.
