This week I'm back in Philly for a Roast Beef Italiano sandwich (roast beef, provolone, and broccoli rabe on an awesome italian roll from Slack's Hoagie Shack.

As you can tell, I took my time with this one - this video clocks in at just over 7 minutes (with editing) - and I enjoyed every last second of it.
