A grandmother who was attacked in a row over noise, says her life has been ruined by neighbours from hell. Carol Dale, 67, was attacked by Mellisa Brown, 27, and Shelley Dennis, 43, outside her home after she called the police after hearing an argument coming from next door. Andy Conboy, prosecuting at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court, Derbys., said Carol had been returning from a night out when she heard shouting at Brown's house where a full-blown argument between Brown and her partner Mark Cooper had erupted after Mr Cooper had allegedly been texting other women. Carol, from Shirebrook, near Bolsover, Derbys., said she had called the local Community Action Network (CAN) Rangers - which help to resolve anti social behaviour in the community - to make a complaint about the noise and was told to call the police.
