No Pain No Gain - Young lad becomes bodybuilder after being stabbed through heart

Kieran Quinlan was just 17 when he died three times on the operating table after he was knifed through the chest but has battled back to fitness to become one of Britain’s top bodybuilders. The lad, now 22, placed second in his first competition – less than five years after almost died in the random, unprovoked attack. Kieran, from Birmingham, said: “Competing for the first time last month finally gave me some clarity over what I had been through.”
