The ingredients used to cook Nigerian Jollof rice:\r

* Asli Golden Basmati Rice (5 cups)\r
*1Big Red pepper \r
*1 Scotch bonnet\r
*2 small sized onions\r
*1 Tomato plum\r
*Tomato puree (4 tablespoon)\r
*Thyme (1 tbsp)\r
*Curry (1 tbsp)\r
*2 cooking spoons of oil (Sunflower oil)\r
*Bay leaves\r
*Assorted beef & chicken stock\r
*2 Stock cubes (Knorr cubes)\r
*Salt to taste\r
*Water\r
