Adele is in the process of making her $9.5 million Beverly Hills mansion “her new home base,” according to Us Weekly.\r
The singer, who purchased the 6,597-square-foot home in June 2016, was reportedly spotted playing in her yard with her three-year-old son, Angelo, as well as walking around her new neighborhood in the last couple of weeks.\r

Shes always incognito in a hat and glasses,” a neighbor shared. “But shes very friendly!” Adele also revealed her moving plans to fans at a recent concert. “Im officially half a resident of LA. Half LA; half London. Im in America for eight months,” she said. “Im on tour and then Im going to have Christmas in America. I havent done that before, Im really excited.”\r
