BEontheroad India: a holy cow on my big toe!

India, in terms of area one of the largest countries that we drive through during our trip. Also one of the most polluting countries. Every day we defy thick clouds of smog that change our motor suits within a few hours and we evade garbage or sacred cows. And the traffic, a life-threatening mixture of poor road construction, inadequate police checks, trucks on a warpath and inexperienced drivers who cross the highway blindly or rashly ride a ghost. For the first time we feel unsafe and we get involved in a terrible accident. India, a land of extremes!
