Patrick Barrett - Technicolour

Here is Patrick Barrett's utterly amazing version of my classic Billy Griffin song, "Technicolour". This simply gives me goosebumps, as does this wonderful video. My wonderful protege Tahira Jumah recommended I meet Patrick. He was discovered by a great guy called Paul Cahalane and between Tahira and Paul, I had rave reports about Patrick. He was just seventeen years old and comes from Zimbabwe. He can be compared to Michael Buble, having that fresh faced cool jazz style that enabled someone so young to sing such a complicated message as this one. Billy Griffin and I co-wrote this song in 1989 as a sort of tribute to Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On/Mercy Mercy Me" era. It features on my album, "Yesterday And Tomorrow". The album is still available now and I hope you will all consider supporting it.
