Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a jibe at Congress president Rahul Gandhi and asked him to speak for 15 minutes without a piece of paper about the Siddaramaiah government's achievements in Karnataka. The challenge came during a rally in the poll-bound state on May 1, the first of 15 rallies that Modi will address in the state in the coming days. The prime minister was responding to the Congress president’s statement last month where Rahul Gandhi had dared the PM o face him in parliament.
