For the midsoles, usually we strip them before painting, however we did do some experimentation where we learned that on a deadstock pair, painting on the clean surface didnt hurt the quality of the midsole repaint much.\r

We also did apply Angelus Finisher to the midsole after finishing painting the midsole to protect the paint.\r
