1. The peeling action when lifting & lowering your spine helps to mobilize (loosen) your spinal joints.

2. Bridging strengthens your hamstrings & , which help to support your lower spine.

Make sure you choose the appropriate level difficulty depending on your situation. Easy Difficult in the clip.
