LCB - Load Cells Universal Digitizer - LAUMAS
LCB switches an analog (mV/V output) to digital load cell.
It can also be used on existing load cells to digitize the
weighing system.
Developed for IoT application (internet of things).
PC configuration software via micro USB port.
Signaling LEDs according to fieldbus prescriptions.
Mounted attached to load cell and it is compatible with any
standard 1/4 GAS connection. On request it is supplied with
specific adapters for coupling to the different load cell screw
pitch.
2 x M4 fixing holes for wall mounting by plate (by the
customer).
IP67 AISI316 stainless steel box (dimensions:
37.5 x 80 x 53 mm).
3 M12 IP67 circular connectors included in the supply.
1 micro USB port.
3 relay outputs controlled by the setpoint values or via
protocols.

LCB series was conceived with an eye on IoT in view of the digital transformation, according to the industry 4.0. Based on this approach sensors must be able to exchange and communicate as much information as possible, in order to keep plants and machines under control improving their efficiency and productivity.
The LCB digitizer can also be used on existing analog load cells (with mV/V output), transforming the analog weighing system into a modern digital weighing system designed to implement the functions IoT Industry 4.0.
The assembly of the component takes place in such a way as to be completely joined with the load cell body. At the end of the installation the system looks like a real digital cell with integrated fieldbus.
It is compatible with any kind of load cell or strain gauge sensor already present on the market with standard ¼ GAS connection.
