I used AVHI both times I bought a house and highly recommend Rob. He is very professional, knowledgeable and does a thorough inspection. He'll provide a very detailed, timely report. He's caught items that saved us money and prevented issues in the future (Ex. Hairline crack in the furnace, which had to be replaced). He has always been very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
