We are buying our first house and Eric Limper was our inspector. He was very thorough and seemed to know everything there is to know about houses. He explained everything to us as he went through the house and in a way that was easy to understand for newbies like us. The report came early the next morning which was nice since we're in a bit of a rush. I would highly recommend AVHI and Eric Limper to anyone who needs a home inspection.
