Metasploitable 3 build fix (second half of March 2018)

EDIT: it's the .ovf file that needs to be imported, not the .vmdk one.

The vagrant up command didn't work in the build process, this video presents a workaround to get the metasploitable3 vulnerable VM to work anyway.
