BJP party office ransacked allegedly by TMC supporters in West Bengal; 144 CRPC imposed in Kolkata

BJP party office was reportedly ransacked allegedly by TMC supporters at Gabberia in West Bengal. Three rounds were fired. It has been reported that cops turned a blind eye to the violence. 144 CRPC has been imposed in and around the places within Kolkata where the process of filing of nomination papers in Panchayat elections is on. No persons other than those coming to file nominations are allowed to assemble in the vicinity of the Alipore treasury building and 39, Biren Roy road (east). It’s pertinent to note that cops were also present at the time of the incident.
