Government plans to concentrate 2019 budget on youth unemployment, low birthrate

The government has laid the groundwork for next year's budget, which aims to solve major socioeconomic issues by improving citizens' livelihoods.
A Cabinet meeting on Monday approved the government's guideline for its 2019 budget plan, which amounts to some 419 billion U.S. dollars.
The government plans to focus the budget on four core areas, including mitigating youth unemployment,... and rising the nation's chronically low birthrate.
Seoul also aims to promote innovative growth by creating jobs in the new Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies,... such as drones and driverless cars,... and to bolster safety and security for citizens.
