Horrific visuals have come in of a dying man who was left upside down outside a hospital. Local media reports claim that the driver of the ambulance was annoyed with the man after he urinated in the ambulance. Imagine, he was hit by a car and as he struggled to stay alive, the driver decided to leave him upside down outside the hospital. The man has succumbed to his injuries, but who deserves to die that way?
