TN Medical Apathy: Mortuary staff treats woman in Dindigul Hospital

A video that has surfaced shows a mortuary staff treating a severely injured women who is bleeding profusely from the nose without local anesthesia. The car in which the family was travelling collided with another car in Dindigul hill road injuring 3 women and 2 men. They where taken to nearby govt hospital by the public. Doctors in the public health centre instructed them to take the injured to madurai govt hospital as there is a shortage of Doctors and nurses to treat these emergency cases. Even as the public insisted that the doctor on duty provides them atleast first aid, a mortuary worker was deputed to treat the severely injured woman.
