Cardi B spoke out about paying taxes on Instagram on Thursday.
The 25-year-old rapper had strong words for Uncle Sam.
She claims that the government takes "40% of her taxes."
She added "Uncle Sam, I want to know what you’re doing with my f–king tax money!”
The Bronx native said that New York “is one of the dirtiest cities in America” and filled with rats.
