'I miss him still': Touching tribute to Westminster hero

A police officer has paid an emotional tribute to his friend and colleague who was killed in the Westminster terror attack one year ago. Pc Shaun Cartwright, who had been friends with Pc Keith Palmer for more than 10 years, said: "He was a really good friend to me.
