Learn how to play a cool Chuck Berry lick on ukulele in the style of Johnny B. Goode. Once you learn it you can apply it to your favorite song.

This isn't really a tutorial of how to play the entire intro to Johnny B. Goode but it's the main riff that you hear played on almost every Chuck Berry song and used by every great blues ukulele and guitar players.

I have transposed the song from Chuck's original key of Bb to D for this tutorial. I think it sits nicer on the ukulele in the key of D.

Learn it, memoize it and then transpose it to different keys.

This lick is going to use double stops, slides, and hammer-ons.
