Half and Half Bright Yogurt Hair Dye Tutorial | OffbeatLook
Waddup, my lovelies? I know I havent been posting much lately, but heres a video I filmed just about a year ago that I promised to post a tutorial on and just got around to editing!\r
If you follow me on Instagram, youd probably have seen photos of me when my hair was half pink and half neon green, just like a cup of Trix yogurt. I did this at the end of last school year and wore it like this when I graduated, but never edited the footage of me showing you guys how I did this. I finally found the strength to do so. well I felt really bad about not posting too so here it is! Hope you guys enjoyed and if you notice a difference in audio, please let me know because I used my friends Blue Snowball microphone instead of recording into my phone this time and hope theres a noticeable difference.\r

DISCLAIMER: Just to be clear, this video was by no means meant to be offensive, and quite honestly isnt at all in my opinion. I have gotten a few comments from really young viewers saying that what I said about blonde people having it easier is really offensive. Lets clear that up; its a joke about how blonde people dont have to bleach their hair as many times or as harshly as people with dark hair in order to dye it bright colours, which makes the process easier. Obviously this has nothing to do with the rest of their life. The part about not wearing gloves in my video is also a joke when I said that those who wear gloves are wimps. It doesnt matter if you wear gloves or not when you apply the semi-permanent hair dye because its not harmful to your skin and the worst it will do is stain your hands. Wearing gloves is a personal preference, and it really doesnt matter if you do or dont. I prefer not to because I like getting the colour all over my hands, but if you want to avoid that, then you should wear gloves.\r
Its very surprising to me that I even got comments from people who seriously thought that I was trying to insult blonde people or people who dont wear gloves. The people who commented saying these things are very young viewers, so I get that you might not understand that type of humor/joking but 3 years from now you will look back and wonder why you ever took that part seriously. I wouldnt try and insult people for the way that they were born or for their glove preference of all things. I dont care if you wear gloves or not, and everyone is important regardless of hair colour. Anyways, hope that clears things up for you younger viewers!\r
