This dish is a must try. Chicken manchurian is a very popular recipe in Indo-Chinese cuisine. Very delicious and easy to make - fried pieces of chicken cooked in special blend of spices and chinese sauce.\r
INGREDIENTS;\r
2 lb. boneless chicken thigh meat cut in small cubes\r
1 teaspoon garlic paste\r
1 tablespoon hot sauce\r
1 teaspoon ground black peppers\r
1 teaspoon salt\r
1 tablespoon light soy sauce\r
1 tablespoon white vinegar\r
1 egg white lightly beaten\r
1/2 cup white flour\r
4 heaped tablespoons cornstarch\r
A pinch of yellow food coloring\r
1 red bell pepper (Capsicum) cut in cubes\r
1 large onion chopped in big chunks\r
2 tablespoon cornstarch \r
1 tablespoon grated ginger\r
4 green chilies cut in slices\r
Oil for frying \r
4 tablespoon cooking oil for cooking\r
2 tablespoon fried chopped ginger for garnishing\r
For Manchurian Sauce;\r
4 tablespoon light soy sauce\r
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce\r
2 tablespoon hot sauce\r
1/2 cup ketchup\r
1/4 cup white vinegar\r
1 ½ tablespoon sugar\r
1 teaspoon salt\r
1 teaspoon ground black peppers\r
1 heaped teaspoon sweet paprika
