McDonald's Switches To Fresh Beef, Wendy's Fires Back

On Tuesday, McDonald's announced it would swap frozen beef for fresh beef on all of its Quarter Pounders across the US by May. The company says the switch results in "hotter, juicier" burgers. Wendy's, which has long boasted fresh-beef burgers, posted a string of tweets Tuesday noting that McDonald's wasn't making the switch with all of its burgers.
