Sweet bell peppers\r

(she finished almost all of it, just left 1/4 of her sandwich)\r

Wholemeal bread toasted with coconut butter \r

Vegan cheese (Violife cheddar)\r
About 150 grams chickpeas\r
(She left over half of the sandwich, almost all of the cheese and a little bit of chickpeas)\r
150 ml of fresh squeezed veggie juice from (beets, carrots, apples, parsley, ginger, green pepper, celery)\r

Boiled and then fried potatoes \r
